Rightness of intention, freedom of choice. Minimum age 18 yrs. If previously married or divorced, annulment needed. Sound physical, mental, spiritual health. Intellectual ability to absorb religious/apostolic formation.
Other Details
The main qualification for the Felician Lay Associate is a deep desire to deepen one's spiritual life and to live the Felician Charism in whatever vocation they find themselves.
Men and women are financially self-supporting and continue to live independently of the vowed community. Those who can and are in the vicinity of some specific ministry performed by the Felician Sisters, can volunteer there.
