Little Brothers of the Good Shepherd
Graced into existence through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and the co-operation of our founder, Brother Mathias Barrett, the religious congregation of the Little Brothers of the Good Shepherd earnestly strives to fulfill its mission through the evangelical consecration of its members and the lived expression of the common life.
Our experience as a congregation is for the glory of God, perfection of our members, and service to the poor and needy. Charity unlimited, our founder's legacy to his brothers, is expressed in our service, availability, hospitality, flexibility, adaptability, and respect for life.
With faith and trust in God's providence, we pledge ourselves to strive always to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ, clothe the naked, house the homeless, feed the hungry, comfort the lonely, and promote human dignity.
