Priests of the Sacred Heart
Mission Statement
Our primary mission as Priests of the Sacred Heart is to live a life of union with Jesus Christ in his availability to the Father's will. By the community's love, prayer, and availability for service we seek to give witness to the love of God. Our union with Christ urges us to bring this to others, particularly to the "neglected and forgotten" who have the first claim to the love and reconciliation of God and the human community.
Nature of Work
Parish ministry, spiritual direction, retreats, pastoral counselling, Justice and Peace, educators, church vocation work.
Time Frame
Initial temporary commitment, followed by formation, and finally permanent membership.
