Tanner Romania Mission

Purpose

Tanner Romania Mission's goal is to provide for the disabled children taken into their care for the rest of their lifetime.

Nature of Work

The Tanner Romania Missions seeks to give hope to these children that have both seen and experienced so much suffering, providing them with life skills to help them look aftrer themselves within the confines of a safe, secure and supportive family.

Placement

Four volunteer homes in Galati, Romania.

Time Frame

10 weeks to 6 months.

Requirements

Minimum age of 23. All volunteers are required to get a doctor's certificate and a police report.

Other Details

Preparation and Training: Will be eased into it, and learn from other volunteers.

Finances, Remuneration, Benefits: The program fee covers administrative charges, accommodation and meals, transportation for volunteers and supervision.
