Mission Statement
We, the Ursulines of Prelate, are an actively apostolic diocesan religious congregation. As consecrated women of the Church, inspired by the daring spirit of our foundress, St. Angela Merici, we participate in the one mission of Jesus which unites us in furthering the Reign of God in love, justice and peace. Angela's charism, "contemplation in action", is lived out in our ministry of "educating for life".

Church's mission of education, formation of youth, development of leadership among lay people, ministry with families, the poor and the needy.
Operating a Catholic, girls, residential high school known as St. Angela's Academy in Prelate, Saskatchewan.

Presently primarily in Western Canada.

Requirements
To become an Ursuline, a woman must be at least 18 years of age and free from all canonical impediments. A desire to serve and dedicate onself to Jesus and His work. To teach at the Academy one must have a teaching certificate. Other positions are also available as deans-housemothers, cleaners, kitchen help, etc.
Other Details
Besides some volunteer work, the Academy pays salaries comparable to others in the same field.
